這不是 Keith Richards , 他是 Albert Giacometti (1901-1966), 今天是他 104 歲的生日,
難得露出少見的靦腆笑容 .
談到銅像與雕塑,我們不能不提到這一位瑞士籍的,無人匹敵的偉大藝術家.

半個世紀前,賈可梅地就以嶙峋殘骼的肢體造型,捏造出一頁叫人錯愕驚歎的美術傳奇
藝壇將他歸類為超現實畫家,沙特稱他為存在主義的塑形人

寂寥,空虛,自嘲,絕望....這些單薄但碩大的人形孤立或獨行
努力證明自己存在,又似乎逐漸在風化蛻沒中
瘦弱的靈魂正呼叫何去何從...


" If I could make a sculpture or a painting (but I'm not sure I want to)
in just the way I'd like to, they would have been made long since
(but I am incapable of saying what I want). Oh, I see a marvellous and brilliant painting
but I didn't do it, nobody did it. I don't see my sculpture, I see blackness. "


到底要在如何一種環境與心境下,面對存在的真諦呢?

1951年,他塑了一隻僅剩皮包骨的流浪犬, 在他的雜記中註釋著:
" It's me,One day i saw myself in the street just like that,i was the dog. "

賈可梅地誠摯儉樸的生活,獨來獨往,他所做到的,在六十年前是前無古人
到今天仍然是後無來者


在生日這一天,讓我们向那滄桑的臉孔和人類行禮致敬罷 .....
