30 多年前聽到他的歌聲,以為是一個老頭子唱的
老傢伙一路走來,倒是始終如一
前無來者,後無古人

明天正好是向他致敬的影片 " I am your man " 在台北上演首日
在這兒貼幾張柯恩的閒閒呆照,他的喃喃自語,以及我喜歡的早期詩作

I wonder how many people in this city
live in furnished rooms.
Late at night when I look out at the buildings
I swear I see a face in every window
looking back at me,
and when I turn away
I wonder how many go back to their desks
and write this down

I heard of a man
who says words so beautifully
that if he only speaks their name
women give themselves to him.

If I am dumb beside your body
while silence blossoms like tumours on our lips
it is because I hear a man climb the stairs
and clear his throat out our door.
